• A pre-populated audit notification letter.
• A pre-completed client assistance schedule.
• A risk assessment of the environment but the likelihood and impact has not been defined.
• The required controls are documented to assist the auditor in discussing the type and nature of the controls expected (in certain cases alternate controls may be provided as well)
• The audit procedures to be executed (The sample sizes are specifically excluded to ensure appropriate customization of the audits to meet the needs of the audit committee)
• The possible findings which can be used for failure of the control would be documented which includes:

    • Required or corrective action.

The solution is Microsoft based and does not require a specific tool for it to work as required.
